Our leaders
We’ve got a great management team at FRC Group who are clear and fair. We want our managers to be inquisitive, ambitious and dedicated to the development of themselves and importantly – their team. Our leaders are experts in their field and encourage everyone to learn as much and as widely as they can. There’s no such thing as a daft idea and they have their eyes, ears and office doors are always open.
