We’ve got our very own People and Culture Team, and it’s their job, alongside your manager, to help your learning and development journey, and you to learn all the things that you need to and want to know to make you feel confident and able to do the best job you possibly can.

Learning and Development – what can I learn?

Some of the learning we offer is essential to your role and you will complete this during your induction.   This is learning that you absolutely must do to help you to understand your role with a greater depth.  You will also receive regular refresher training on an annual basis.

Online and face-to-face learning

We’ve got an easy to use system called Litmos, which you can log into and do lots of your learning online. You can access on your mobile phone so you can learn in the office, in the place you work in or at home.  We also use on-line training for some job specific training. Our People and Culture team also organise training courses that you can come along to in person either in-house, or offsite at one of our many training providers premises.

Professional qualifications

We want you to have the right tools to do your job in the best way you can and we are big supporters of professional qualifications and professional development.

Your learning and development is not all formal training

We believe that your learning at work will also come from experience on the job, learning from and talking to other staff, and being given opportunities to get involved in different projects.
