Stand D11 –End Furniture Poverty and Furniture Flex
End Furniture Poverty (EFP) is FRC Group’s campaigning arm and exists to raise awareness of furniture poverty and develop solutions to ensure that everyone has access to the essential furniture items needed to lead a secure life.
EFP’s objectives have a focus on the provision of furnished tenancies, and through this work has developed a unique understanding of the barriers landlords can face when attempting to introduce a furnished tenancy scheme.
With this in mind, Furniture Flex has been created specifically to offer greater flexibility to housing providers who want to supply furnished accommodation, with rental, purchase and mixed procurement models that improve the financial viability of furnished tenancies.
