Plus Dane Housing are a local Housing Association who focus on driving social value within the community. They currently have 11 Sheltered Schemes and 2 Extra Care Schemes across Cheshire and Merseyside. Having worked with Plus Dane on a regular basis for a number of years, Buckingham Interiors fully understands what Plus Dane are trying to achieve from each individual project.
Recently, Plus Dane launched a pilot project that would completely refurbish the Communal Lounges and Entrance Areas of 3 schemes in Merseyside. Prior to this, Plus Dane completed refurbishments on a cyclical basis, separating furniture, flooring and decorative refurbishments. Therefore, the briefs for the 3 schemes, were dissimilar to any previous work that Buckingham Interiors had carried out for Plus Dane.
A more corporate feel was implemented in the reception area and guest room using Buckingham Interiors Town House mood board, which was used to match Plus Dane’s corporate colours. At Buckingham Interiors we like to go the extra mile and so offer a complete removal service of old furniture. As part of a wider group we often have the capability of rejuvenating old furniture and circulating it back in to the community.
