The answer lies in our Culture and starts at Culture Camp! Culture Camp is our induction process that manages a sustained process of learning and development for both individual employees and the business as a whole. The goal is to get people off to the best start, improve our processes and practices, teach new skills, share expertise and hone our customer service skills to the finest point possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Values<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our values Culture works in a number of ways. It promotes, develops and defines the four core values of the organisation \u2013 Passion, Creativity, Bravery, and Professionalism. These values are essential to providing a great service, and they are at the heart of everything we do. When we recruit staff we look for evidence of each of those values as personal attributes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through our learning culture we deliver ongoing training, bringing in external \u00a0expertise but also drawing on the skills and talent from existing staff members to\u00a0 conduct seminars and participatory workshops \u2013 such as our \u2018Lunch and Learn\u2019 sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It also develops and fosters confidence and a sense of ownership and pride amongst all staff by inviting them to participate in working groups \u2013 which we call Culture Vultures &#8211; to tackle special projects \u2013 such as reshaping our office space, conducting charity initiatives or organising our annual Values Awards Ceremony.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finally, our culture encourages employees to voice questions, comments and feedback \u2013 which provides a unique and broad level of insight and helps to continuously improve our processes and service.<\/p>\n<p>Above all, through our culture we invest in <a href=\"https:\/\/frcgroup.co.uk\/FRC-Living\/our-team\/\">our staff<\/a>.
