We can specify and supply for new build projects or refurbishments and can include interior design where required, full installations or quick replacements for high turnover items. Our furniture is designed for heavy wear and tear and is supported by warranty for use in hostels. We have specific product ranges to reduce infestation issues and comply with cleaning protocols.<\/p>\n<h3>Next Steps Accommodation<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We have worked on a number of innovative projects with local authorities around the country who are using NSA funding to create furnished accommodation services to meet their local needs. Examples include the use of void properties dispersed around an area; reclassification of redundant sheltered housing block to create designated housing for families; supplying furniture for modular construction projects making use of disused garage sites. FRC can provide furniture, appliances, starter packs, crib 5 bedding etc and suggestions for maximising space and utility.<\/p>\n<h3>Covid Response<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Throughout the COVID-19 national and local lockdowns, our expertise in providing contract furnishings to quickly rehouse a large number of households was called upon.
