We worked with Rooftop Housing Group on a full refurbishment of family homes, shared doctors\u2019 accommodation and shared student accommodation at Weston General Hospital. Rooftop Housing required a partner to project manage the \u00a3120k refurbishment, including the interior design. We worked closely with the client to select the right products and fittings to suit the homes of such busy professionals and students.<\/p>\n

Our commitment to customer service means we always strive for minimum tenant disruption in schemes like this and with Doctors working round the clock and on-call at all times, it was a complex schedule. We liaised with the tenants to ensure they faced minimum disruption to their lives while their homes were being transformed. We were delighted that we were able to meet every deadline and carry out the full refurbishment of new contract furniture, furnishings, carpets and curtains.<\/p>\n
