At the height of the COVID-19 national lockdown in April 2020, emh homes needed to quickly rehouse a number of households. FRC is emh homes\u2019 supplier of contract furnishings as part of a contract with emh group to supply to supported housing, older people\u2019s housing and to general needs properties.<\/p>\n

We worked quickly and effectively to first install floorings in the identified properties, and to then fully furnish 1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties from delivering furniture and installing appliances down to cooking equipment and bedding to enable people to move in quickly. All items were placed in situ, ready for use and packaging removed for recycling so that the properties were ready to occupy.<\/p>\n

We were able to support emh homes to identify their exact product requirements for the properties and kept emh homes frequently updated about the status of the project throughout.<\/p>\n
