Regenda Group own or manage around 13,000 properties across the North West Region, including social rented housing, housing for older people, supported housing, private rented property, shared ownership and housing for sale.<\/p>\n

We worked with Regenda Homes to design and furnish their newly launched care leavers scheme. The scheme provides supported accommodation for young people leaving the care system, helping them to lead independent lives. The scheme benefited from a shared kitchen and dining facilities with individual bedrooms. We were able to support Regenda with this by identifying and installing modern contract furnishings.
\nWe fully furnished the properties from delivering furniture, installing window coverings and appliances through to cooking equipment, enabling residents to move into their new homes quickly.<\/p>\n
