Bulky Household Waste Collections<\/h2>\n

This service is only available to Oldham Council residents. For collections outside of Oldham, please contact your local authority. Call Oldham Council on 0161 770 6644 to book your collection. Payments are taken over the phone from a credit\/debit card.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Help with the cost of collection<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

If you currently have an assisted bin collection at your property, or feel that you may meet the criteria for needing the assisted bin service, you may be entitled to 1 free collection (within a 12 month period).<\/p>\n

Taking care of your items.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To help us to be able to reuse items we ask that you take as much care of them as you can. If you can cover items from the elements and avoid dismantling them, then this really helps us to reuse them. We especially ask that you carry any unwanted mattresses rather than drag them. Thanks for your help \u2013 it can make a big difference to somebody.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Where to leave your items<\/h2>\n

You must leave items outside the home on your collection day. We can also collect items from your garage or shed provided you are at home to let us in. We will only collect items from inside in exceptional circumstances at this time.<\/p>\n
