They have a strong social purpose and look to invest in the growth and regeneration of affordable housing and flourishing communities.<\/p>\n<p>We were delighted to partner with Torus in designing their new extra care development Foundry Wharf, based in St. Helens. This was an enjoyable, collaborative experience as the residents were involved in taking photographs to inspire the themes of each floor. In the bistro, the artwork and lighting nods to the St. Helens glass industry and is open to the public to visit. This charming living area emits a chic and timeless feel and features traditional, conversational pieces such as the &#8216;trunk&#8217; and &#8216;clock&#8217; coffee tables. There is a breakout area on each, with decorative items reminiscent of St. Helens&#8217; legacy and its active role in rugby and the locomotive, mining and glass industries.<\/p>\n<p>Torus received full project management and appreciated our ability to be flexible and accommodating to any delays.
