Leazes Homes, in partnership with Your Homes Newcastle, was building two new extra care schemes \u2013 Trevelyan Court and Burnfoot Court – and a supported housing scheme \u2013 Kilbourn House. They needed a partner to consult on interior design and to supply furniture and furnishings for their communal areas. They also wanted to be assured that they were getting the very best products, price and service so chose Buckingham Interiors as the top ranked supplier on the Procurement for Housing\u2019s Furniture Framework.<\/p>\n

We met with the client and showed them our design mood boards which they then used to select the products they required, with our expert advice. We supplied them with dining furniture, easy and tub chairs, and soft furnishings, all to furnish their dining area, communal lounge, break-out areas and their memory corner. Our Project Manager oversaw the delivery and installation process, including a pre-delivery site visit to ensure we minimised disruption to both staff and residents in the supported living scheme, and to liaise fully with the contractors on the new build schemes.<\/p>\n
