Bramble Court, Carlisle, an Impact Housing ‘Living Well’ scheme for over 55s, features 40 new build one and two bedroom houses. Living Well schemes combine accommodation for those wishing to retain complete independence, through to those needing more support to live at home. With background support and a 24-hour care service, Impact Housing required a ‘wow factor’ interior to match those facilities. Buckingham Interiors managed the entire project from consultation and design, to delivery and installation.
We delivered a full staff consultation and interior design service, supplying mood boards and expert advice to help select the right textures and colours, furnishings and furniture, wall coverings, carpets, doors and wood finishes, working closely with contractors and architects. We designed the interiors for communal lounges, reception areas, guest bedrooms, corridors, bathrooms, stores and laundry areas. We even furnished the scooter shed and on-site hair salon! We delivered a wide range of durable, comfortable and stylish furniture, including everything from dining furniture and sofas, to mirrors and TV units too, as well as soft furnishings like dress curtains and Roman blinds.
