As a group of social enterprises with a mission to End Furniture Poverty, at FRC Group what we do is to have a commitment to employing locally and having the most sustainable and positive impact on the wider communities and environment possible.
FRC Group has nearly 30 years of experience of providing furniture, both new and pre-loved, to people in Furniture Poverty. Reducing and ultimately eradicating Furniture Poverty is at the heart of everything that FRC Group does.
We operate a number of not-for-profit organisations, what we do at each are outlined below which are:
- FRC Living – which provides new, contract quality furniture to social landlords, housing associations and local authority welfare provision programmes
- Buckingham Interiors – which offers a bespoke interior design service for care and extra care home settings
- End Furniture Poverty – campaigns for an end to the poverty crisis we see in the UK and assists in directly assisting those in need of furniture
- Bulky Bob’s – collects preloved furniture and refurbishes and cleans it before ensuring this makes it’s way to those most in need
Our training and development programme and various recruitment initiatives means what we do is employ local people and provide opportunities for employment in our mission to end furniture poverty.
